Why I love being a specialist…
I have been in the field of human services since 2007 and became a social worker in 2019. I am passionate about serving the needs of a wide range of people, and have a wealth of experience serving individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, substance use disorders, and other difficulties. I have experience providing clinical counseling and care to diverse populations, including adults with substance use disorders, adults with mental health disorders, homeless teenage mothers, adolescent males, elderly adults, children, and adults with developmental disabilities. Strong background in client advocacy in residential and medical settings.
How we will work together…
I take a person-centered and strengths-based approach to working with participants.
About me…
I love hiking in New England. I'm a big reader of books of all sorts, especially history. And I am most of all an obsessive movie buff.
